The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has announced new treason charges against a former lawyer who was previously sentenced for disseminating information about the Defense Forces' combat operations. According to the SBU, the individual was mobilized into a brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (ZSU) at the behest of Russian forces to spy from within.

The lawyer had previously received a prison sentence at the beginning of the full-scale invasion for unauthorized dissemination of information regarding the Defense Forces' combat work. The SBU claims the individual was mobilized on the order of the FSB to spy on the Air Assault Forces from the inside.
