SBU detains alleged Russian agent planning attack in Rivne

Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has detained an alleged Russian agent who was reportedly planning to carry out an explosion near a state institution in the center of Rivne, according to a Telegram post.
The SBU stated that the individual was preparing to carry out an act of sabotage near a government facility in the city center.
