Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) reported detaining an 18-year-old suspected agent of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) in Kyiv. The individual is accused of attempting to activate 148 Starlink terminals to support Russian military operations in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

The SBU stated that the terminals were intended to aid in the planning of Russian military operations in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Ukrainian security officers claim they successfully prevented the devices from being activated.
