Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:01 AM

Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has detained the administrator of a Telegram channel in Kyiv who allegedly incited subscribers to commit terrorist acts. The SBU, with assistance from the US FBI, apprehended the founder and administrator of an extremist Telegram channel that called for attacks against law enforcement officers in Ukraine and abroad.

The SBU reported that in addition to calls for mass murder, the suspect offered online video instructions on how to make explosives. The individual reportedly set up a laboratory in their apartment to synthesize chemicals for homemade bombs.
