SBU Reports Neutralizing Russian Intelligence Network in Kharkiv, Detaining Four
Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) reported a large-scale operation in Kharkiv, personally coordinated by Poklad, neutralizing a Russian military intelligence network. Four members of the group were detained for coordinating shelling in the region and surveilling Ukrainian military, law enforcement, and judges.
The detained individuals included the head of security for a mobile communications company and his subordinate, who used access to the operator's software to obtain subscriber connection data and geolocation. Another detainee, an employee of a local defense enterprise, allegedly directed Russian strikes at her own factory and provided information on military personnel. An additional agent, along with two security employees from the mobile operator, conducted visual reconnaissance.
