SBU: Resident of Luhansk Region Suspected of Torturing Ukrainian POWs

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reports that a resident of Sukhodilsk in the Luhansk region is suspected of torturing Ukrainian prisoners of war. According to investigators, the man was a leader at a colony where POWs were held.

The suspect allegedly beat captives with his feet, sticks, and an electroshock weapon, and subsequently denied medical assistance to the wounded.
