Seven people, including four children, were injured in a drone attack on the northern Rivne region, according to reports from the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration and the regional police. Three children sustained moderate injuries, and a 13-year-old boy is in serious condition. All injured have been hospitalized.

Police reported that around 4:30 PM, during a second strike, seven people were injured, including four children and two adults. A residential building, a cafe, and a shop were also damaged. Investigators from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) are conducting a pre-trial investigation into the incident as a war crime.
