South Korea shipped more than 176,000 tonnes of fuel, primarily diesel, to Russia in July and August, according to a Guardian analysis of port and ship-tracking data. Seven tankers made 14 voyages to Russia's far east, including three vessels sanctioned by the UK and EU.
The analysis identified three vessels that had been sanctioned by the UK and EU.
