Suspect arrested in alleged killing of 6 in Kharkiv Oblast

A 36-year-old Russian citizen, serving in Russia's 1009th motorized rifle regiment, has been arrested in connection with the alleged murder of six people in Kharkiv Oblast on October 13, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported.
The arrested individual is reportedly a Russian citizen from St. Petersburg who was serving in the Second Battalion of Russia's 1009th motorized rifle regiment.
