Sweden is providing Ukraine with an additional package of civilian support worth 522 million Swedish kronor ahead of winter, according to Sweden Herald. Swedish Minister for International Development and Trade Benjamin Dousa stated that Russia is attempting to make the approaching winter unbearable for the Ukrainian people by striking electricity and heating infrastructure.

The aid package is intended to help Ukraine cope with the challenges of winter, particularly in light of Russian attacks targeting energy infrastructure.
