Syria's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has strongly condemned an alleged Israeli occupation forces raid in the village of Jamilah, west of Daraa, which reportedly resulted in the death of a young man with special needs. The ministry stated that targeting civilians constitutes a serious violation of international law and humanitarian law.

The statement from the Syrian state news agency SANA emphasized that such actions are a grave breach of international legal norms.
