A telecom expert stated that Russia has entered a new phase of attacks targeting Ukraine's telecommunication infrastructure, systematically striking data centers and communication nodes. This is expected to cause internet outages and disruptions for Ukrainians.

Anatoliy Frolenkov, speaking on Espresso TV, described the attacks as a new stage where Russia is systematically destroying data centers and communication hubs. He acknowledged that while the situation will be difficult and disruptions will occur, he expressed confidence that Ukraine will withstand these attacks.
