A Telegram channel reported that several facilities were attacked overnight, including the "Iskra" plant in Ulyanovsk, the "Pernenefteorgsintez" refinery in Perm, the "Voronezhсинтезкаучук" plant in Voronezh, OZON Voronezh, and the "Stroytsentr" shopping center in Luhansk.
The report listed the "Iskra" plant, the "Pernenefteorgsintez" (PNOS) oil refinery, the "Voronezhсинтезкаучук" plant, OZON Voronezh, and the "Stroytsentr" shopping center in occupied Luhansk as targets.
