Telegram channel: Russian carriers increasingly avoid Crimea routes amid rising risks
Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 05:09 PM
A Telegram channel reported that Russian carriers are increasingly hesitant to transport goods to Crimea due to fear, despite significant payments. The channel stated that net earnings for two trips from Rostov to the peninsula have risen to approximately 500,000 rubles, up from about 300,000 in early summer.
The source mentioned a traffic jam at Chongar that lasted at least an hour and a half. It reported that after a message indicated waiting for arrivals, the area was hit, leading to evacuations and burnt vehicles.
