A Telegram OSINT account reportedly confirmed that Al-Aamoudi was inside a residential apartment when it was attacked, and that he survived the assassination attempt. This is reportedly the first time a source from the terror organization has admitted his presence.

According to the source, Al-Aamoudi's health condition is good and he is receiving treatment in a safe place.
