Three residential buildings and a starost's office building were damaged in the Sarnenskyi district as a result of the Russian army's morning attack, according to the head of the Rivne Oblast Military Administration, Oleksandr Koval, via Telegram. Roofs and windows were damaged in the houses, and one also sustained facade damage. Outbuildings were also damaged.

No people were injured, the publication added.
