Turkey has submitted documents to the International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding an alleged attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (VSU) on its vessel, the Reyhan Sarı, in the Black Sea. The incident reportedly occurred on July 22 while the ship was transporting coal from the Russian port of Taman to Trabzon, according to Turkish media specializing in shipping news.

The attack resulted in the death of 54-year-old sailor Savaş Çakar. A total of 12 crew members were on board the Reyhan Sarı at the time of the incident.
