The owner of a Turkish cargo ship, T&O Denizcilik, along with crew members and the family of a deceased sailor, has filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. They are seeking an investigation into a drone attack in the Black Sea, which they are requesting be treated as a potential war crime.

The vessel, MV Reyhan Sari, was reportedly attacked near Novorossiysk on July 21 while transporting coal from the Russian port of Taman to Trabzon. The attack resulted in the death of 54-year-old Savash Chakar, who worked in the engine room, and injuries to other crew members.
