A Telegram channel reported that two districts in Kyiv could not start the heating season due to damage to an energy facility. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced that heating would begin in hospitals, schools, and kindergartens, but parts of the Dniprovskyi and Darnytskyi districts remain without heat.

The energy facility in these districts recently sustained significant damage, and repair work is ongoing. Social institutions will receive heat upon individual requests from their directors.
