Two people were rescued from an apartment in Kramatorsk after being unable to exit on their own following a Russian army shelling, according to the State Emergency Service of Donetsk Oblast.

The balcony of a multi-story building caught fire as a result of the attack, the State Emergency Service of Donetsk Oblast reported.
