Ukrainian authorities have transferred a case concerning a Russian strike on the "Factor-Druk" printing house in Kharkiv to court. Prosecutors accuse four leaders of the Russian military command of organizing the attack, which could result in life imprisonment.

The investigation identified the individuals responsible for ordering, selecting the target, preparing the strike, and gathering intelligence on the printing house, determining that Russian forces were aware they were targeting a civilian facility.
