Ukraine strikes refineries, Russia retaliates against steel industry

Ukraine has begun striking oil refineries, achieving some results, according to a statement attributed to Putin. He added that Russia has responded with strikes on Ukraine's steel industry.
Putin stated that these strikes have cost Ukraine approximately 1% of its GDP.
