Ukraine's delegation will inform OSCE member states about the humanitarian crisis in occupied Oleshky, according to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha. The OSCE Permanent Council will discuss the situation in Oleshky on October 1, at Ukraine's request.

Sybiha stated that Russian forces are holding civilians, including children, hostage in the city. The meeting is scheduled for October 1.
