Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha stated that Russia is preparing to stage dozens of videos in occupied Oleshky, where locals will be forced to claim they are happy, fed, and grateful to Russian forces. Sybiha described this as part of Russia's propaganda campaign to deny any humanitarian crisis in the area.

Sybiha urged the international community to increase pressure on Moscow and demand immediate humanitarian access to Oleshky, where he claimed people are starving and dying. He also mentioned that Ukrainian defense forces have been delivering humanitarian aid via heavy drones.
