Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation (Mintsifry) has stated that it is prepared for strikes on data centers, with services continuing to operate. Despite Russian attacks that have damaged and halted operations of many data centers in Kyiv, the country's digital infrastructure remains functional due to resource redundancy both within Ukraine and abroad, according to Minister of Digital Transformation Oksana Ferchuk.

The minister further explained, "We have a high level of duplication so that the physical destruction of one of the data centers does not affect the system's operation and Ukrainians remain with digital services, in contact with the state."
