Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) reported the detention of an individual in Dnipro accused of acting as a spotter for Russian military intelligence. The individual allegedly secured employment at multiple enterprises to direct enemy strikes on factories.

The SBU stated that the detained individual sought to provide targeting information for enemy attacks on industrial facilities.
