Ukrenergo announced that power outage schedules will be in effect for industrial and business consumers, as well as all categories of consumers in parts of Ukraine starting tomorrow. Russian drones reportedly attacked a key energy facility for Kyiv, with Energy Minister Shmyhal stating that energy workers are working to restore supply. In the right-bank part of Kyiv, water pressure has decreased in the network, affecting several districts.

The water pressure reduction affects the Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Holosiivskyi, and Pecherskyi districts, with some buildings potentially experiencing temporary water supply interruptions.
