Ukrainian Air Force Hopes for Clarity on Delayed Ballistic Missile Launch Information
A spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force expressed hope that Ukraine and its international partners will investigate why information about a Russian ballistic missile launch towards Kyiv on October 12 did not arrive on time. The spokesperson, Ignat, noted that intelligence, including data from the US and other NATO countries shared via satellite, covers enemy aircraft activity, naval movements, and ballistic missile launches. He acknowledged that such information sometimes fails to reach them, stating this is not the first instance.
Ignat mentioned that if there were technical issues this time, specialists would investigate. He also noted that intelligence data can vary, with some information shared by the US and other NATO countries via satellite communication.
