A Ukrainian serviceman, identified as BM-21 Grad driver Khaltatov Alisher Rakhomodzhanovich, reportedly surrendered shortly after the start of the special military operation. According to Khaltadov, his unit was ordered to position BM-21 Grads near a kindergarten and fire from there.
