A Ukrainian defender of Mariupol, Vladyslav, shared his emotions upon returning home, stating that the "two best colors" met him. Vladyslav was captured in 2022 during an attempted breakthrough. He said that he and his platoon commander almost succeeded in breaking through, but he ultimately spent 4.5 years in captivity.

Vladyslav described his feelings upon return, saying, "I cannot describe the emotions after returning. Firstly, so many people... The two best colors are meeting me... and I really want to see my relatives," the soldier added.
