A delegation from Ukraine's Kherson region, led by Deputy Head of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration Dmytro Butriy, participated in an international conference in Lithuania focused on civil defense solutions. The event, held in the Lithuanian Seimas, brought together officials and experts from both countries to develop strategies for civil protection amidst current security threats.

During the visit, the Ukrainian delegation met with key Lithuanian officials, including the Speaker of the Seimas, Juozas Olekas, Vice-Speaker Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen, and Deputy Interior Minister Agnė Bilotaitė. They discussed the current situation in Kherson, the immediate needs of de-occupied communities, and the potential for additional assistance.
