Ukrainian drones reportedly struck an oil refinery and several aircraft at an airfield in Rostov, Russia, according to a video published by President Zelensky. A fire followed by detonation was recorded at the "Rostov-on-Don (Central)" airfield. Two An-26 transport aircraft, an An-12 transport aircraft, and three helicopters were reportedly hit.

Additionally, the "Slavneft-YANOS" oil refinery in Yaroslavl Oblast was reportedly hit, with damage and fire recorded at a primary oil processing unit.
