Ukrainian forces, in cooperation with multiple units including the 30th Marine Corps, tactical group 'Grom', the 34th 'Borysfen' Marine Brigade, the 11th National Guard Brigade's 'Bolgarichi' unit, the 34th National Guard Regiment, and the 79th Border Guard Detachment, delivered approximately 4,000 kilograms of food to 100 designated locations in Oleshky.

Russian military forces are reportedly shooting down drones carrying provisions and confiscating or reselling food intended for children and the elderly. The Kherson Oblast Military Administration stated that occupiers are detaining residents for receiving humanitarian packages, subjecting them to detention in basements, beatings, and violence.
