A battalion officer from 'Svoboda' reported that Ukrainian forces (ZSU) liberated over 5 square kilometers of territory in the Kupyansk direction. The officer stated that Russian forces are attempting to hide among civilians and use locals as cover, including forcing people into gas pipelines.

Ukrainian units are continuing assault operations and pushing Russian troops from their positions.
