Ukrainian forces, including units from the 11th National Guard Brigade and the 34th Marine Brigade, have reportedly been delivering food to occupied Oleshky via drones since March. A recent operation delivered approximately 4,000 tons of food to ten locations in the city.

The report claims Russian forces are attempting to disrupt these aid efforts by shooting down drones, confiscating, or reselling food intended for civilians. Occupiers are reportedly detaining, beating, and assaulting residents who attempt to receive humanitarian packages.
