Russian forces on the Kupyansk front are reportedly adapting agricultural motor cultivators for military use, attaching trailers to transport ammunition, supplies, equipment, and personnel, according to Andriy "Turist," deputy commander of a drone systems battalion of the 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade. He stated that Ukrainian forces are identifying and destroying this equipment, along with Russian reconnaissance drones, quad bikes, artillery pieces, and "Partizan-P" and "Kozerih" single launchers.

The deputy commander described the use of motor cultivators as a method to transport various military supplies and personnel. He also noted the destruction of other Russian equipment, including reconnaissance drones and artillery systems.
