Ukrainian forces reportedly dropped approximately 4 tons of food via drones into the occupied city of Oleshky, according to a report by "Slidstvo.Info". Local residents stated that no food or medicine is being brought into the city, and there is no gas supply. The aid is considered insufficient for the population and for preparing for winter.

The report by "Slidstvo.Info" also identified Russian military personnel from the 126th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade and the 331st Guards Parachute Assault Regiment as potentially involved in the humanitarian catastrophe in occupied Oleshky. Both Russian units are reportedly located in the occupied part of Kherson Oblast, near the Oleshky community. Journalists also identified the commanders of the units whose soldiers may be involved in the situation in the city.
