Ukrainian military forces reportedly conducted a unique evacuation of a wounded soldier from the front lines using a heavy drone. Due to extensive enemy drone activity and widespread mining, evacuating the soldier by ground transport was impossible. The soldier, from the 30th Mechanized Brigade, was retrieved directly from his position by a heavy hexacopter drone.

The soldier, who was wounded but continued to repel enemy attacks, is now in the hospital and his life is not in danger. The report includes a video attributed to the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
