Ukrainian defenders reportedly conducted successful strikes, hitting a target in the Black Sea and a launch and storage site for attack drones in the Orel region. Sanctions were also applied to an oil facility in the Samara region and a supply depot for Russian forces in the Bryansk region.

The statement emphasized that such "justified responses" are necessary and vowed to continue depriving Russia of its ability to wage war.
