A Ukrainian military leader, Andriy Biletskyi, stated that Ukrainian forces can advance against a superior enemy, with overall losses seven times lower than Russian forces. Biletskyi noted that while Russian losses are predominantly fatalities, Ukrainian losses are mainly wounded. He added that Ukrainian forces can be effective in their advances.

The Third Army Corps reportedly completed operation "Vivaldi" and liberated 277 km² of territory in the Lyman direction, a feat kept secret for four months. According to command data, Russian forces lost over 8,000 killed and wounded, with an additional 270 captured.
