Oleksandra Matviichuk, head of the Center for Civil Liberties, which received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2022, has been named a laureate of the UP100 award in the "Society" category. Matviichuk and her organization documented human rights violations and war crimes in Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions in 2014.

Under Matviichuk's leadership, the Center for Civil Liberties launched the "Tribunal for Putin" initiative to document international crimes in Ukraine following Russia's full-scale invasion. "Ukrainian Pravda" annually recognizes one hundred Ukrainians who are shaping the country's future.
