Ukrainian intelligence agencies (SBU, SBS, HUR, and SZR) conducted a joint operation that reportedly struck an oil refinery in Yaroslavl and a military airfield in Rostov, according to Ukrainian President Zelensky. The attack on the Rostov airfield reportedly damaged an An-12 aircraft, two An-26 aircraft, and three helicopters.

Russian authorities confirmed an attack on Rostov and damage to the oil refinery in Yaroslavl, with governors stating there were no casualties. However, they did not confirm any aviation damage at the airfield.
