A special reconnaissance unit reportedly evacuated the father and aunt of a Ukrainian Naval Forces officer from occupied territories. In June, the officer received a call from his father's number, but a representative of enemy special services answered, attempting to coerce the officer into collaboration by threatening his relatives.

The operation involved the "Angels" reconnaissance unit and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense. The officer's father stated that he was beaten and tortured after being detained by the occupiers.
