Ukrainian Navy spokesperson Dmytro Pletenchuk described Russian actions as strange, noting that Russia attacks bridges in Ukraine while anticipating strikes on the Crimean Bridge. He emphasized that such operations are planned in advance and require lengthy, complex preparation.

Pletenchuk also commented on the Crimean Bridge, stating that its operational mode has remained unchanged for years and that Russia does not risk transporting heavy equipment and fuel across it.
