Ukrainian official reports enemy drone attack with special warhead targeting power lines

A Telegram OSINT source reported that the enemy used a special cumulative-cutting warhead on a reactive drone for the first time today. This type of warhead is designed to destroy high-voltage pylons and iron bridge structures.
Presidential advisor Serhiy "Flash" Beskrestnov stated that he believes the enemy's plans include attacking important high-voltage power lines.
