Oleksandr Korovitsyn, born June 5, 1968, in Hrebinka, died on November 7, 2023, at the age of 55. He served as a sapper in the Kupiansk direction of the Kharkiv region and sustained a concussion. He had voluntarily joined the defense of Ukraine in April 2023.

Prior to Russia's full-scale invasion, Korovitsyn dedicated most of his career to a chemical production enterprise in Cherkasy. He studied at Hrebinka School No. 1.
