The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported that a Russian agent, an unemployed resident of the Kyiv region, was arrested in March 2025 while preparing to blow up a Ukrainian Armed Forces (ZSU) vehicle and a police administration building in Vinnytsia. The SBU stated that the agent was caught red-handed planting a disguised camera near a ZSU military vehicle.

During searches, two improvised explosive devices and a mobile phone with evidence of her work for the enemy were seized from the detainee, according to the special service.
