Soldier Vadym Oliinyk, known by the callsign Vad, was killed on November 22, 2024, during a combat mission in the village of Novoyegorivka in Luhansk region. He was 32 years old.

Oliinyk was born in Bandyshivka, Vinnytsia region, and had worked as a high-rise installer before joining the 1st Assault Battalion of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade during the full-scale invasion. He was posthumously awarded the Order "For Courage" III degree. He is survived by his mother, wife, and two sons.
