Ukrainian soldiers train in Germany as part of EU military assistance mission
Ukrainian servicemen are undergoing a squad leader training course at a training ground in Germany as part of the European Union's military assistance mission to Ukraine, EUMAM Ukraine. The program includes training modules such as trench combat, tactical first aid for the wounded, and operations in wooded areas.
The training is based on the realities of the Russian-Ukrainian war, which has entered a positional phase, with daily trench battles and no movement unnoticed on the "transparent" battlefield. Therefore, speed and precise coordination are crucial. During the exercises, squad leader Sergeant Taras sets tasks: the assault group and the support group act in pairs, as any concentration of people is a target for enemy drone operators.
