Ukrainian strikes have disabled over 51% of Russian oil refining capacity, according to the Ministry of Defense. Recently, Moscow, Yaroslavl, KINEF, Ust-Luga, Perm, Ilsky, Saratov, Syzran, and other refineries were hit.

The Ministry of Defense noted that the consequences of such attacks are not always immediately noticeable, but their effect "accumulates and yields a tangible result."
